Shiba Inu’s Shibarium launch promised to elevate SHIB and BONE beyond memes; however challenges surfaced. On 16 August the Shiba Inu community received a response regarding the question of „when Shibarium“ and the eagerly anticipated platform was finally introduced. This launch brought crucial utility to SHIB and BONE tokens.
The Platform & Proof-of-Participation Consensus Mechanism
The newly launched Shibarium is an Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) solution which employs a novel consensus mechanism called proof-of-participation (PoP).
