Atos Origin SAE is the 5th largest IT Consulting company, the 1st which has worldwide headquarters in Europe.

Its R&D&I division is called Atos Research & Innovation [ARI]. It is the R&D hub of the company. Thanks to its large expertise in the R&D&I scope, ARI leverages research activities on new technologies inside and outside Atos Origin group and takes the research outcomes to customers, introducing innovative elements in their business processes. ARI is a founding member of the European Technology Platform NESSI (Networked European Software and Services Initiative), and is also a member of other international platforms.

ARI focuses on the project accomplishment, combining the economic exploitation of investigation’s results and the most up-to-date technological developments with a high awareness of the human factors (education sciences, disability-related issues, cultural diversity, multilingualism). ARI has performed around 300 R&D&I projects since 1987, and has recently received three awards: the national prize on R&D excellence, Mare Nostrum, granted by the Ministry of Education and Science on Nov 30th, 2010, the Enterprise-University Award granted by Her Highness Princess Elena and the Council of Chambers of Commerce of Spain on Nov 12th 2010, and the Best paper award of IARIA (International Academy research and Industry Association). Atos got the role of EU4ALL coordinator

UNED (Spanish National University of Distance Learning) is the only state-run Spanish distance-learning university, with headquarters in Madrid, Spain. It the largest university in Spain with more than 180,000 students. UNED has the role of Technical coordinator in EU4ALL

DPI

Disabled Peoples' International (DPI Italia) is the Italian section of Disabled Peoples' International, an international non-profit socially useful organization present in 135 countries and recognized by the principal agencies and international and European institutions. DPI works for the promotion and safeguarding of human and civil rights of persons with disability.DPI is also a movement of social and cultural nature, whose constitutive principle is based fundamentally on the direct self promotion of persons with disability. The movement believes that the latter are the real experts of the multiple problems and difficulties that, they encounter everyday in society. Therefore they deem extremely important that they take an active part in all the processes, contexts and solutions that regard their own personal and social sphere.

Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) is an independent scientific institution based in Vienna, Austria. Established as a private non-profit association, ZSI has meanwhile become Austria’s largest private social science institute with over 60 employees. It is currently involved in 44 projects, and is among the most successful Austrian applicants in the 7th Framework Programme. ZSI’s work in transdisciplinary projects is geared towards policies concerning research, technological and social development, innovation processes, and particularly socio-economic objectives:

Centro Interuniversitario di Ricerca per lo Sviluppo Sostenible, Universitá degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza":  CIRPS is an Interuniversity Research Centre counting 300 professors, researchers and experts as Ordinary Members belonging to the eleven Italian universities joining the centre, besides 40 other professors, researchers and experts as Associate Members, and 50 further experts with high-level specialisation not belonging to the academic world but involved in projects promoted, coordinated or carried out by the Centre. CIRPS coordinates and participates in networks of excellence, research projects, and activities for local development at international level, and carries out its work through collaborations and agreements with Universities, Research Centres, Enterprises as well as National and International Institutions.

The European Association for Distance Teaching Universities (EADTU) is Europe's leading representative association of distance education and e-learning. Its member base now counts 25 members in 21 different countries. Members of EADTU are universities which are dedicated to off-campus target groups, using distance teaching methods and systemic study guidance, mostly in regional study centres as well as organisations including consortia consisting of universities with mainly mainstream on-campus students but also give priority to offering education for off-campus students. The European structure of EADTU is extensive and levers direct liaisons with academic officers on the local level.  Over the past years EADTU has taken the role of coordinator and valorisation for different European projects. The EADTU network is excellent for this purpose: it covers the European Union and most of the Central Eastern European Countries (CEEC).

Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV) is a public, dynamic and innovative institution that is devoted to research and teach. The UPV maintains strong bonds with its social environment and a strong presence abroad. The university offers 48 Bachelors and Masters and 81 Doctoral degrees, and because of this variety UPV is a perfect partner to test the use of EU4ALL in a smaller institution. 

Instituto Politecnico de Leiria was the first non-specialised higher education institution in Portugal authorized to teach degrees through distance learning. Its academic community integrates 11,500 students, 885 teachers and 314 technical and administrative staff, distributed throughout five higher education schools, an Institute for Research, Development and Advanced Studies, a Distance Learning Unit, a Learning Unit for Technological Specialisation Courses and a Training Centre for Actives. In total, 62 undergraduate degree courses are offered (day classes, night classes and distance learning), 40 master’s degree courses and 18 post-graduate courses, being their training offer characterised by a vast multidisciplinarity.
